Fresh Off Releasing His New EP "Red Version": Byemilo

It’s been about a month since the Bakery has hit you guys with some new and exciting articles on up and coming artists. Daily Splash Bakery content is back and we appreciate your guys patience and loyalty to our brand. We’re excited to be getting back into the groove of things again and today we have an electric artist out of Davis, California. Who just a few short weeks ago released his new EP titled “Red Version”. Without any further introduction, please give it up for the young and talented, Byemilo! This project features 3 new tracks with a runtime of about 10 minutes. Although it may be a short project, the amount Milo is able to accomplish in that amount of time is astronomical. From his unique instrumentals that are complex with many layers, to how his voice is utilized from track to track. Speaking of the instrumentals, all 3 tracks were produced by a long time collaborator Sister! On top of that it’s mixed and mastered beautifully allowing his vocals to come in crystal clear over the instrumentals. It’s a shame when the beat completely over powers the artist's voice to the point where you can barely understand anything they’re saying. When listening to this EP it’s clear that time was taken when recording this work of art. It’s not something that sounds rushed but rather something that was carefully constructed. It leaves you wanting more, because although all 3 tracks really stand out on their own, it makes you wonder just how a full length album of Milo’s would sound. That could be something we see drop in the near future but until then, make sure to go check out “Red Version”!
