R&B/ Hip-Hop Artist From Portland, Oregon: Tre Ovalle

Another artist who’s been creating music for about 7 years now. Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, who now currently resides in Austin, Texas. His music journey began his Sophomore year in college when he started producing and even dropped a few projects. Over the years he’s gone from rapping over his beats to more of an R&B sound. He’s an artist who creates his tracks from top to bottom. Tre writes his lyrics, produces, mixes, and masters all of his own music. So whenever you get the chance to listen to his music, you’ll know that sound is 100% Tre Ovalle. Which is exactly what Tre is aiming for while making his music. He wants to create a sound that’s entirely his own and can be recognized just by listening to it for a second. He described his sound as “Cruisin down the highway at midnight with just you and your thoughts”. Just three short days ago, Tre released his first single of the year titled “Complicated”. Showcasing his distinct vocals over a very melodic instrumental. It’s exactly what you’d imagine listening to during a late night drive like he mentions above.
