Up And Coming Artist Out Of Berkeley, CA: DRE 510

Here we are already smack in the middle of the week, make sure to keep going and chase after what’s yours. Here at The Bakery, we love introducing up and coming artists out of the Bay area. It is our honor to introduce an artist out of Berkeley, California, make some noise for the boy DRE 510! Once he finally graduated from the University of Davis, that is when he decided to make music his number one priority. Back in December, he released his latest single titled “TALK MY SHIT” produced by YounginSoSleaze which is available on all streaming services. He is currently working on a brand new EP set to drop in June titled “Just For Now”. This EP will feature some exciting production from the likes of BossLife, Big Spence, YounginSoSleaze, and SEJOHFROGI. DRE also mentioned he has a collab album with fellow artist “e” that will be released at some point this year. This whole journey began back in 2016, when DRE happened to hit the studio with one of his teammates from his football team. His teammate told him to hop in the booth and spit something. From then on DRE became obsessed with curating his own sound. His mission as an artist is to shine light on all sorts of different trials and tribulations that many people go through. He wants to give his fans his own perspective on life as he sees it. Although his sound is very Bay influenced, DRE puts his own new style twist on it to make it unique to him. If you guys haven’t had the chance to check out DRE’s music yet, make sure to click the highlighted title above to stream his top single!
